Open Positions

  • Becoming an entry-level engineer at TLE makes you our most valuable resource—a curious mind ready to be fostered and shaped. We believe in creating well-rounded engineers, so our goal is to give you hands-on exposure to various aspects of MEP design: from mechanical ductwork design and electrical load calculations to plumbing fixture specifications and beyond.

At TLE, we are engineers first, then trade specialists second. We want you to develop into a versatile, thoughtful engineer with a broad understanding of all trades while also helping you discover the areas you are most passionate about.

    In this role, you will:

    • Assist in designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems under the supervision of senior engineers.

    • Participate in collaborative project design meetings.

    • Gain experience with industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Revit.

    • Work closely with a supportive team of professionals to deliver quality designs.

This position is ideal for new graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who want to grow their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. We encourage you to read through our company principles to gain a better understanding of what drives us.

We look forward to your application and helping you begin your journey as an engineer.
